What’s included with weekly mowing?
Weekly mowing includes mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup of all hard surfaces each visit.
Do you offer bi-weekly mowing?
Weekly service is recommended for the best results. Limited bi-weekly service may be available for qualifying properties depending on growth conditions.
Do you offer commercial services?
Yes. TerraSix provides maintenance and snow services for select small commercial properties. Commercial clients should contact us through the Contact page to discuss the property and service needs (please do not route commercial requests through the instant quote flow).
What's included with snow removal?
Many plans use about two inches of accumulation as a trigger—yours may differ based on what we agree on. We clear driveways toward bare pavement when equipment and weather allow. Walks and ice melt are add-ons.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have clear access to the property, service can be completed while you’re away. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured.
What happens if it rains?
If conditions are too wet for proper service, your mowing will be rescheduled to the next available dry window. We’ll reach out if your day moves.
How do payments work?
Services are billed after completion. Invoices are sent electronically and processed securely through Jobber, our trusted service platform. For convenience and uninterrupted service, we recommend keeping a card on file. TerraSix accepts credit/debit cards, Tap to Pay, and cash.
What is Jobber?
Jobber is the software we use for scheduling, invoicing, and card payments. You can review quotes, approve work, and pay online through their checkout.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No long-term contracts are required. Weekly service continues automatically during the season, and you may cancel with advance notice.
